I am worried because, when I was eight months old, I was diagnosed with Bacterial Meningitis, and then, two weeks before my twelfth birthday, I contracted viral encephalitis and was in the hospital for a week and was still experiencing complications in move ment for a week after. i wonder if there is any chance that I have a mental disorder that just hasn't surfaced yet.

the answer is NO.
THIS MEANS THAT U MUST BE HAPPY that there will be nothing wrong, on the other hand u should not use those prior meningo-encephalitis as an excuse for falling into depression or any other mental illness.
