Tremor is the involuntary trembling or shaking of the body. Often it affects the fingers or hands. The most well-known disease causing tremor is Parkinson's disease, but it is definitely not the only possibility. This list, regarding hand tremors, may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always seek prompt professional medical advice about the cause of any symptoms. Alcohol Withdrawal ... hand tremor; Autoimmune thyroid diseases ... hand tremors, shaky hands; Hyperthyroidism ... hand tremors, shaky hands; Olivopontocerebellar Atrophy ... hand tremor; Parkinson's Disease ... hand tremor; Spinal Muscular Atrophy type III ... fine tremor of the fingers; Thyroid disorders ... hand tremors, shaky hands. It is also possible that sleeplessness, overtiredness and worry might be a factor. Drugs, either legal or illegal may also be taken into account.
Hope this helps

May be you are very much worried or afraid about something in your sub-conscious mind. This could be the result of it, since your conscious mind not aware of it you are astonished.Think and find out. Other reason may be you didn't have proper rest for a while. If this is not the case don't waste time reading this and consult your doctor.

I have this problem too; When I color with colored pencils, or write for an extended period of time. I think it's caused by a nerve that gets aggrivated from too much use. When this happens, I just stop. It goes away after awhile. If you want it cured, go see your doctor.
Good Luck

It could be anything from low blood sugar to early signs of a disease or just a fluke. No one here can have a clue what it was. If it bothers you again or often then get a physical and find out what it might be.

sometimes that happens when your body isn't getting something it needs(food, water, warmth) or you are just pressing too hard. OR you have too much stress, maybe have some goof off time.
