I have had Bell's Palsy once. thankfully I didn't get it again, it has been many years and back then I thought I had a stroke. I was very scared.
It is very unfortunate that you got it again. Did the doctor say it was a virus that caused it or what? What sort of treatments are you on. I was on steroids and also electro stimulation.
Eat well get lots of fresh air and most of all try not to stress out, stress is not going to help matters.
Take care

I got identified with herpes virus (type 2) about three years ago, when I was still attending college and had a silly one-night stand. I realize loads of people say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a mistake that one time and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for my entire life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. In the end, who wants to go out with someone that has sores round her "you know what" area? But since a friend shared this video https://tr.im/uyk0k everything changed.
Not only was I able to eliminate all traces of the hsv from my body in less than 21 days, but I was also able to start dating again. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so blessed to write that just last week, in front of everybody in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me! This program provided the chance to be happy and experience real love again. Now I want to help others by sharing this story.

I feel your pain, indirectly, that is...my husband got this a couple years ago and it hasn't come back in full force, but when he's under alot of stress or very upset his gets an awful pain on that side of his face. We're very close so it hurts me to see this happen when it does..I feel so helpless!
I have no answers for you, but I do sympathize. I think stress triggers it but it's not like we can do much about stress, it's gonna happen!

You just need to keep that side warm now. Do some exercises for your face, it usually helps. Also facial massage helping too. As i know, some Chinese doctors, who are doing acupuncture can help you. They , are working with needles, some magnets and herbs. You can try. I hope you'll be better. Good Luck.
