My mom was just diagnosed with Breast Cancer... its a small tumor, not sure if its spread yet. She has two options... either completly remove the breast, or remove the tumor and start 4-6 weeks of radiation. She doesnt kno wat to do. Looking for woman who have, or know someone who was in this situation and has had one of the procedures. Why did you choose it... and do you think it was the best option? Please help. Thank you!

too small to recognize. Had a mammogram then 2 ultrasounds on same day. Shouldn't they check on this "something" sooner?

My mother in law was diagnose with breast cancer 3 years ago. She had a masectomy done, and did chemo therapy. After that she was cancer free. However when she went to follow up with her Oncologist all he did was just routine blood work. He never did any biopsy's or pet scans to make sure she was cancer free through out the years. Now July 2007 she's been diagnose with Stage 4 cancer & its now metastasize throughout her body.

So do u guys think we might have a case of negligence? Anyone know of a good attorney in Arizona?
Thanks for ur help :)

My beloved 7+yrs old Ame Cocker Spaniel was diagnosed with breast cancer yesterday. She is due for an operation this Thursday to remove a lump which is slightly smaller than a golf ball and if not at risk to also be spayed in the process.

I am in the process of changing her homemade diet of brown rice, meat, vegs and fruits after reading up canine cancer information online.

Her blood test and X-Ray shows that her kidneys, liver and everything else is in good shape except a little low red blood cell count which she's on iron tablets for

I need some advice on how to cope or with diets and such if anyone has had or have dogs with cancer. I feel really lost and extremely sad as she is very much a part of our family and we would like to give her the best quality of life that we possibly could

I've been on the marrow donation list for two years and have been called twice as an initial match and needed to go in for more testing. For anyone who is on the registry, how many times have you been called for further testing? Has anyone been a perfect match?

Since you smoked, and were addicted you will know what I'm taking about. At first, right after you quit you feel that your life without cigarettes is weird, will be boring and empty etc.. Like a slight sadness like it's something you enjoyed and now it's gone..

well once you're an official EX Smoker, and you're over the addiction, how does it feel ? (psychologially)

Do you still miss the cigarette? Do you still feel that the drink, the coffee etc don't taste the same now that you don't have a cigarette with them

Do you think that psychologically you feel as good as when you were a smoker??

Thank you

I had a colonoscopy done on Friday and had 2 adenomatous polyps removed. The Doctor also said that I have an inflamed bowel. This is the third time that I have had a colonoscopy done in the past nine months. The Doctor told me that this procedure is risky and that I should have my bowel removed to avoid the risk of cancer.
