Anytime a lump is growing should be cause for concern. Cancer is a disease that indicates 'uncontrollable growth' . . so if you have an unusual lump that is getting bigger . . yes, it could be cancer. Cancer is often asymptomatic, especially in young people . . so the only warning sign may be a lump or bump that is growing.

No one here can really tell you what this lump might be . . it could be benign or it could be malignant. No one knows.

You need to be clinically examined immediately and perhaps have a biopsy of the lump. You shouldn't wait.

Best wishes and I hope that it is benign. See a doctor.

Lumps should be checked. They can be malignant or benign. Lumps are possible signs for cancer. Only a test can tell.

I'm assuming it's not painful. Sounds like a probable lypoma which is a benign fatty tumor. You should have it checked though.

It could be a minor issue, but why don't you get it checked? It is always better to catch something earlier rather than later.
