When I'm sitting, should I squeeze my anus so those air bubbles don't enter by butthole, or is it okay to just let them go up my butt?

I am 25 years old and I would like to know.. is cancer genetic? My mother passed last may of lung (she was a non smoker) and bone cancer. My uncle (my mom's brother) passed away last week from esaphogas cancer. My sister died of Leukemia back in 1982. And my grandfather, (my mom's dad) passed in the early 1990's with lung cancer. On my fathers side, only one person has died of cancer. My aunt Catherine. She died just the other day of lung cancer. I would like to know if cancer is genetic ? Thank you.

I am scheduled for a CT scan on thursday, and I have been having nasal blockage on one side, and ear pressure on that side off and on now for months and months ( like 9 to be exact) My doc seems pretty confident that it is allergies, but wants to do a scan to make sure its not nasal cancer or saomething else.

My symptoms:
right nasal blockage, and ear pain
dizziness
general ill feeling
my temp is almost always 99.2
swollen glands on both side of neck but more so on right
fatigue
and weakness

This could all be a mix of deprssion, and allergies...but does anyone think this is cancer????

i found two books with diets for cancer?
in one there are some receipts with honey
the other "says" honey is not good because of the high sugar content.
is honey really bad? if yes in what stage of cancer?
or is the trick in the mixture ? for example honey in marmelade.

Should I continue to squeeze my anus so none of those toxic, cancerous air bubbles pop into my butthole? Or should I just relax after I caca and let all of the air bubbles find their way up my butt?

They recur every few months or so. The edges seem firm, and are generally circular in shape. Sometimes they connect, then suddenly (within a week or so), they're gone. They are painless, but sometimes get red.

I don't have coverage, so does anybody know WHAT this may be?
Please cite a source where I can read up on this...

I come from a large family and 3 of my sisters have had some form of cancer. One sister that I was closest to passed away at 36 from breast cancer and a 2nd that has been 11 yrs. cancer free from melinoma is now going through a series of tests/biopsies as they think it has returned or a new cancer has formed. The outlook isn't good and I'm really afraid of losing her too. I can't trust the rest of my family as they all have issues, are back stabbers, judgemental, etc. and don't want to lose the one last person in my family that I can actually trust. I know it's not about me and what I'm going through and I'm totally supporting her but just needing some additional advice please??

Hi all. i'm a male 26 years old,, hispanic. I have been having pain and blood in my stool since i was 20.. but i would for example go to the bathroom, wipe, and see some red in the toilet paper. then, for along time i wouldn't see anything, as if normal, then other days sudden colon pains, then othere days the whole toilete water turned red and i got scared...by the way the blood is bright red, not dark.

I want to go to the gastrointestinal doctor but currently i'm suffering from Knee pain , so i'm going to a orthopedic, who also told me i need to get Physical therapy for my knees...and i've got a bunch of other stuff so you can imagine...i'm going financially broke. But I guess it's also about timet to go to the gastro doctor,,, .. From what i've explained, do you think i have colon cancer? Too late to do anything?

I've never heard of a young person getting lung cancer, and when I search google they seem to define a young patient as in their thirties. Is it possible to get it in your twenties? I'm 24 and have been smoking for about 7 years. Time to stop, I know, I'm getting very scared...

I feel that the majority of doctors today have a tendency to treat symptoms, instead of why the patient is having the symptoms. Is that why most people who have life threatening diseases, don't find out until it is too late to save them? Especially cancer.

I had breast cancer in 2003 (invasive ductal carcenoma, two 2cm tumours) which was treated by the usual treatments of mastectomy and FEC chemo. The biopsy showed that a good margin had been removed.

Since the beginning of May I have had some discomfort in my elbow, but only when I move it in certain ways and the fatigue has returned. It is my understanding that if it gets to your bones there is no treatment other than pain killers. I have 2 questions. Can anyone tell me what bone cancer feels like, and how long would I have approx before I would have too much pain to do the things I want to do?

If you have cervical cancer, does that mean you have genital warts? Allot of the info on here is saying that it "cervical cancer" is cause by HPV...and HPV is genital warts. Im confused. Do I also have genital warts? and why wouldn't my doctor tell me this? I have never ever heard the words STD, warts or HPV in refferance to my health. Is this the only 100% possibility of getting cervical cancer?
