When I'm sitting, should I squeeze my anus so those air bubbles don't enter by butthole, or is it okay to just let them go up my butt?

I think you just like the feeling of those air bubble up your butthole. :) nothing wrong with that, but I don't think they cause cancer..just pleasure to you.
