Anyway out for getting water out of abdomen?

Water collects in abdomen due to liver serosis which needs to be tapped every after 15days. Is there any natural way out so that patient survives aniother 5/10 years Patrient of 66 years age

Diuretics reduce water collected in abdomen in cirrhosis of liver.Low salt diet helps.
