I feel that the majority of doctors today have a tendency to treat symptoms, instead of why the patient is having the symptoms. Is that why most people who have life threatening diseases, don't find out until it is too late to save them? Especially cancer.

doctors more try to treat the symptom rather than find the root of the problem these days thanx to modern medicine, but chiiropractors try to find the root of the problem in the spine. And doctors are really busy so they may over look things which isnt good for people at all. they are too busy trying to find a cure for things that they forget that they still need to take care of their patients right. <3

Most doctors only want to treat the symptoms. These days they don't have time to talk. I have suffered with bowel problems for three and a half yrs. I gave up on docs- they said it was my fault and they want to give you a bunch of pills that don't work. I did my own research and thanks in part to this site I have felt better the past two months then I have in 3 yrs.!! (i haven't seen a dr in over a year)

You hit the nail on the head with that one. Part of the problem is that people are not alway honest with their doctors and don't tell them everything so they are not treated for what is really wrong and the second is that the doctors are so over booked that they rush people in and out and don't really check them out.

Doctors of allopathic medicine only treat disease because that is all they know. Do you take a car to a dentist? In order to know how the body heals itself you have to know nutrition and biochemistry.

If you know of someone that needs healing the information on my page is very helpful.

health care isn't what it could be, for the average person. it's easier to treat symptoms than cure diseases, and it makes doctors and pharmaceutical companies richer - what incentive have they for curing you? you won't come back! still, some have a mite of integrity. it all depends on the individual.

A compotent physician gets all your symptoms and puts them together to try to diagnose your disease and treat the underlying disease.
