Should I continue to squeeze my anus so none of those toxic, cancerous air bubbles pop into my butthole? Or should I just relax after I caca and let all of the air bubbles find their way up my butt?

I'm bummed and all out of time. I can't find the article to support that the air bubbles from flushing cause cancer, but from the article above, you can infer that there is a good chance that it could.

If anything good has come out of this, I took my first squatted poop today, and I feel amazingly refreshed, and I didn't spend 30 minutes in the toilet either, move like 30 seconds. Amazing!!!!!! It's kind of funny how western culture, in an attempt to be civil, can be so wrong!

I agree with everybody else, you have got a real problem to get on here and ask a question like that. There are people dying everyday of some kind of cancer. My father just past with having colon cancer the same as his father. I hope you realize what you have done to people who are struggling with this diseases.
My guess would be that your next question will be looked over if you continue this.

You know it takes real lack of any human consideration and compassion to post something like you just did on a cancer site where people are trying to deal with a possibly terminal disease. What you perpetrate in life most certainly catches up with you. May life treat you better than you treat others.
Besides, you have been reported so many times today you will be booted and soon, sick one.

you know I understand if you want to be Mr funny guy but could you do it in another place honestly cancer is killing peoples loved ones and what comes around goes around so if you are sitting there next year with colon cancer or testicle cancer you would not make light of the subject.

If you are serious (I doubt that you are, answr no,)
if you are not, do not take cancer lightly, it is a serious
disease and can cause worry and grief.
Good answr Jodie, you've got my vote.
