Circular wields (wepts on my chest)?

Question

They recur every few months or so. The edges seem firm, and are generally circular in shape. Sometimes they connect, then suddenly (within a week or so), they're gone. They are painless, but sometimes get red.

I don't have coverage, so does anybody know WHAT this may be?

It sounds like ringworm, a fungus similar to jock itch, and athlete's foot. You could try asking your pharmacist for a good OTC remedy.
