Okay I know this is a doctor question, but I wanted to clear up something with anyone who might know, I've only just realised how important it is to check yr gonads every so often. I think I've found a lump on the left teste, but it seems wrong, like a vein, is it the deferens or whatever. I'm really not sure.

Thanks for any help anybody can give me

About three months ago my fiance told me that he has testicular cancer and had to have surgery. Now he's saying he's in chemo because he wouldn't get the surgery. He says he gets chemo 3X a week, but i never see him going there. he has all of his hair, he still has energy to work out every day of the week and he definitely hasn't lost his appetite. the other day i saw these pills on the counter and he told me that they are chemo pills, but i looked the imprint up online and it said it's hydromorphone, some sort of a pain killer. we're living in 2 different cities now due to work so it's easy for him to tell me whatever, but i see him every weekend and i see no signs that he's in chemo, no signs that he's had any surgery. i'm not really sure how to find out for sure that he's lying so i can force him to get the psychological help he needs. he has a history of compulsive lying to me also.

There are different stages for Cancer. If anyone could share an information on their understanding, I would just like to hear what others think. I was diagnosed with Malignant Melenoma that Metasis to my groin lymph nodes (started on my ankle). When I asked what stage I was at my Oncologist stated I was a 3A. Any opinions would be great whether personal or of someone you know. Thanks Deb

Things like maybe eating leftovers warmed up in plastic or teflon pans or eating alot of junk food...? We know that some things like insulation, etc, cause it, but what about people who are not around things like that ?

I am going to have the LEEP procedure done in a week, and I have been doing some research on it. I'm still unclear on the after effects of it and how much the procedure actually hurts. If anyone has had this done before, I would appreciate any advice you have. Thanks.

I just got many replies, Thanks. I wanted to know how long I have. I have Post Radiation Damage to the Spinal Cord. I had survived 2 Hodgkins attacks. The doctor told me that I would have cancer again before the 5 year remission date. I went the 5 years and did get it again. It was the Radiation that gave it to me. Now I have PRD. This is the side effect of radiation. I want to know how long does anyone have with PRD. The only info I found says that the longest anyone has gone with PRD is 29 to 35 years. I would like to know what is going to happen and in what time frame. I want to get my stuff in order, if you know what I mean. The doctors say that they can only make me coffortable, I want to know how long before I go paralized and if it will be the whole body and what will happen in a step by step.I have been on line but cannot find the info I need. The Doctors are not talking. They didn't think I would be around this long and now are affraid to say anything more.

I have just been diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Cancer. I am only 37. I am so upset. I have two little kids. The thing is my doctor assured me I would be all right and it is highly curable. Well, after much extensive research, I believe what he said is true but I did find out from top cancer centers, my risk from the radioactive treatment greatly increases my risk of secondary cancers and breast cancer. i am soooooo upset. I just feel like I am doomed and will not live past 50, that after this, I will get another more aggressive cancer. Do you know anyone that has live for fifty years or more after having thyroid cancer without getting another cancer?

EOS# was at the last digit it could be before being flagged.

During the exam the Family Practioner did find a spot on my cervix that was in question. He only visits our clinic once a month and my vaginal swabs will not be back for another two weeks. Am I worrying over nothing?
