Okay I know this is a doctor question, but I wanted to clear up something with anyone who might know, I've only just realised how important it is to check yr gonads every so often. I think I've found a lump on the left teste, but it seems wrong, like a vein, is it the deferens or whatever. I'm really not sure.

Thanks for any help anybody can give me

More likely vas deferens, but even a doctor won't be 100% sure by just physical examination. A testicular ultrasonography will easily tell the difference. Rather than worry visit a doctor, after history taking and physical examination he/she will request a sonography if necessary.

Most likely I would guess you have varicose veins.(which are benign) But no one can tell by a simple post on the internet.

Testicular cancer begins as a scrotal mass, which may be painful. Diagnosis is by ultrasonography and biopsy. Treatment is with orchiectomy and sometimes lymph node dissection, sometimes followed by radiation therapy and chemotherapy, depending on histology and stage.
I think you are mentioning about epididymis.

Doc8 is right. It could be a spermatocele or something harmless. However, you don't want to take any chances so get to the doctor and have them check it out. Good luck.

That was Lance Armstrongs cancer. He beat it and you can too. But go to a doctor first, make sure. It may be nothing.
