Everyday Im worried about her.A couple days ago she shaved her head off because already chunks of hair fell out every day. Even though she has no hair she still looks just as beautiful as she used to be. People stare at us often. It gets annoying. Dont they understand what she's going through? Im positive that she not the only one who is diagnosed. For the other people who do have breast cancer your in my prayers cuz i know how it feels like you feel scared and lonely inside. I pray for every single person who has breast cancer just believe and have hope.Yes im only 12yrs. old but believe it or not we do have feelings . Dont worry you or your mother is in gods hands.

But if i can get more reasurance of being something serious, then i will tell them to take me for medical attention.

I drink a lot of Diet Soda: maybe 3 a day. I'm an addict it seems. Is there any medical evidence or proof that Diet Sodas cause cancer or tumors?

I have been feeling "off" for the last few weeks, just not right. I've been having problems with fatigue (I have very little energy most of the time). I've also had sleep problems (waking up at night), but even when this doesn't happen i'm still really tired in the mornings. I get about 8-9 hours of sleep a night and still I feel this way. I've also kind of been feeling cold a lot of the time, but i've had a few "hot flashes" where despite the fact that we're in the middle of a very cold canadian winter, I've gotten really sweaty and felt like I was about to faint. (I am NOT menopausal, i'm 15 years old.) My skin tone also looks a bit off, kind of pale but sort of red and splotchy in places (this could be due to my acne medication, but it doesn't explain the paleness). I have basically felt like I am "coming down with something" but nothing has happened. I have heard of leukemia cases that have started off this way, so I am a little worried. Should I be worried?

should i be worried? or is this just jumping to conclussions?

my husband passed away almost 3 weeks ago. he had bladder cancer. we were fortunate to have him at home until 1 1/2 days before he passed away. with this being said, our 2 1/2 year old daughter witnessed daddy experiencing sciatic pain all the time, extreme fatigue, radiation treatments 5 days a week for 3 weeks, loss of appetite, vomitting, daily medication etc. she would not understand why daddy was always sleeping, not eating, always hurting, not able to play "rumble tumble",go shopping or just go for a car ride. now daddy has died,we have told her daddy is in heaven, way high in the sky, she now blows hugs and kisses towards the sky for daddy. she knows we cannot see or touch him except in pictures and she knows he is always watching us. we have been giving daddy's pic hugs and kisses every night before bed.she has been saying i wish he was here. Now 2 days ago she said daddy is still in the hospital and will be home in 3 days. any ideas how to deal with this one?? PLEASE.

I have a 10 year old Rat Terrier who's been having some issues. Lately, at least twice a week, he has been vomiting up what looks like diarrhea. At first I thought it was, then I witnessed it. I have no idea what could be wrong? Could it be cancer? Please advise. Thank you.

I had one gland removed because of a nodule now over a period of 6 months they have found 3 more nodules on my remaining gland. They want me to see a specialist. We all know what that means. The nodules don't bother me at all like my other one did. Is it really necessary to remove my remaining gland. They are benign at least the other one was.

I am a teenager. In the earlier teenage years. I don't quite know how to do a self exam but when I felt my breast for any bumps I do have a small one. I don't know if I should worry. It is very tender in this area and it is only in one breast. I am on birth control and one of the serious side effects is breast cancer. Please give me some advice or other signs that I should look for to know if I should really go to the doctor. Maybe if you could even tell me exactly how to do a self examination a little better. I do not want to get my parents all worked up over this right now. Thank you in advance.
