The quality of treatment is not at question it is the availability. You just proved my point when you said people with a lot of money stay but what of people without? They don't even have the option. Many conservatives are very concerned that things that won't affect them like gay marriage and health care reform will drastically alter their lives. Health care reform will help so many people who can't afford a doctor but somehow conservatives are fine if it doesn't change because it won't hurt or help them. And don't get me started on gay marriage. Did it ever occur to you that America is not the "freest" country in the world, it is not the safest, it is not the happiest, it is not the richest and it is certainly not the healthiest(countless organizations have done countless studies). Things need to change and people who hinder progress because of petty things like parties and what the overlords on FOX think shouldn't call themselves American.
