I was wondering why some pimples on your face will not pop? Sometimes, even when I can feel a "lump" in that area under the skin, it will not pop where others can be popped easily.

Is there anything that will help?

Thanks!

I have exzcema and am constantly itching soo badly. I can stop myself from scratching during the day, but at night it's really hard. What can I do to make my skin less itchy?

And... what can I do to get rid of all the little nasty sores and scars that it's left behind so I can enjoy the last half of summer wearing short shorts and skirts?

The old tenant will be moving out and removing all the furniture and there is hardwood flooring throughout the apartment. I am really allergic to cats and do not want to sign a year lease if I will have a reaction and not be able to live there. It is an amazing apartment at a great price.

My doctor just called and said my white blood cell count is 17.7 and I should have it checked out. Does this just mean I have an infection of some sort, or is something seriously wrong? (I don't feel very sick.)

My mum suffers with Breast./Skin Cancer and has done for the last 4 years, she recieves Chemo twice a month and has been told that the cancer will not go away.

My mum has always wanted to go to Austria, it sounds cheesy but to see the sound of music landmarks etc, and I have wanted to take her for ages. The only thing is it seems she is unable to get insurance for travelling abroad because of her condition.

I would love to make this dream come true but have run out of ideas, does anybody have any suggestions?

that people who take it have an increased risk of cardiac issues? I have been taking a 4 mg dosage, once a day, for almost 4 yrs. My internist wants me to stay on it, saying that the benefits outweight the risks. Several co workers have been taken off this med (different doctors). I am concerned because I have been very overweight in the past (still am, but less so) and have a strong family history of heart disease. Any comments or personal experiences would be appreciated.

My husbands has 3 20lb CO2 tanks in a small work area. The other day I caught our 13 year old son and his friends messing around with them. I was told if they were turned on fully the air would drain from the tanks in about 2 to 3 minutes. If all three tanks were on would there have been enough gas to have killed these young boys? And how quickly could it have happened if so?

My blood was drawn at 4:oopm and I hadn't eaten anything other than sugary, creamy coffee all day (about 4 cups). When I got to the Dr. office I was starving so I raided their candy jar and ate appx. 10-12 pieces of hard candy in the hour before my blood was drawn. My blood sugar was 154. The medical asst. thought that the candy would not have caused such a result. Any thoughts? I am going in for a glucose tolerance test this week to confirm. But could that candy and coffee cause a 154 glucose result?

I suffer from hayfever. I was taking tablets earlier this year, but stopped as my hayfever got better. I was sat on the couch watching TV after having sum dinner today, and suddenly my eyes become swollen, sore and itchy, it looked like i had been punched in the face, I took some anti-hayfever and they helped. My eyes are just easing now, but they were really bad, and oozing. Heres what they looked like -

Why did this happen so suddenly and severe?

Alright, so, for probably about the last week or so, I've had what I think is a horrible sinus infection. Every 5 seconds, I'm hacking and spitting up post-nasal drip. I hardly have to blow my nose. The back of my throat hurts (not like strep throat-hurt, and not raw from spitting), but just on the left side (feels like a swollen lump below my jaw). I haven't felt any sinus pressure, or had any pain in my face/head/head aches, but am constantly spitting up post-nasal. And here's the worst part (to me anyway)... every 10-12 times that I hack up and spit, large (almost the size of a dime), hard pieces of mucous come out.. you know, the one's that make you gag when you feel it come out from the back of your nose-throat when you hack em' up (what exactly are those, anyway?). One looked like the shape of my nasal cavity... weird. Anyway, is this just a horribly aweful, night-mare-ish sinus infection? And, how can I take care of it? Please, serious replies only. Thanks Everyone!

I love cats, but I have an allergic reaction to them. I get hayfeverish, my eyes go puffy and water, my nose runs, and my skin gets itchy and red. I have tried most over-the-counter hayfever/allergy products, however they don't seem to work very well for me. My question is, does anyone know of any other solution, or a prescription product my doctor might be able to prescribe, so that I can spend more time with my precious feline?
