My voice is really quiet and i can't shout. Believe me i have tried but i cant. How do i make my voice really loud and clear or is it a disease.

See your doctor about it. He/she might be able to help. I have heard of people losing their voice because of an allergy that they had. Good luck...........

You may have an abnormal larynx or voice box. You could have vocal cord nodules. You could have problems associated with the arytenoid cartilage, even arthritis. You may have a partial paralysis of the diaphragm, or you may be using your accessory muscles of respiration incorrectly. There are probably numerous other causes.

Your first visit should be to an ENT specialist who may recommend seeing a speech pathologist or a speech therapist.
