I have exzcema and am constantly itching soo badly. I can stop myself from scratching during the day, but at night it's really hard. What can I do to make my skin less itchy?

And... what can I do to get rid of all the little nasty sores and scars that it's left behind so I can enjoy the last half of summer wearing short shorts and skirts?

I am sure you seen a dermatlogist for this......Taking a shower at night should help and plenty of lotion. Not sure what types of lotions you have now but your doctor should be able to prescribe some. If you live in Detroit I can recommend some.

i suffer from the same thing! You should exfoliate as much as two-three times a week and lotion up as often as you can...sometimes i trim my fingernails when the itching gets really bad.

See a dermotologist. He/she will recommend a special kind of skin cream that will help heal your skin (and will most likely be odor free).
