I've had dandruff for at least 3 months now. I've tried products from neutrogena and head & shoulders but they don't work. (Actually head and shoulders use to work for me before but oddly it does not help me at all now!) I seriously need help. Any tips?

If they claim they are FDA should I just believe it or is there a way to make sure they are telling the truth? Also I know sometime the laser can burn you and cause a permanent scar, but how big would the scar be? Thanks in advance

I think I have the symptoms of hypoglycemia. I'm tired most of the day, especially around afternoon time. I sometimes have these anxiety attacks where it gets super hot, kind of like hot flashes then goes away after a while. I always wondered if all of this was happening because of my hormones changing but now I'm not so sure anymore. I don't gain weight normally, I guess like most people. I can eat a ton, but no weight is gained.

I weight around 105-110 and am 5'3. I'm only 19, and I hope that there is a way to help me with this. I'm afraid to ask my doctor because I've never had any real problems with my health so this is a big deal for me. Any advice?

since last night i had been stratching my side because it was really itchy at my strechmarks(which i use palmers strechmark cream for and have been for 4months or more now) but earlier on today i found i have a few spots almost looking like a small rash appearing my concern is i am 31weeks pregnant and was around family that had chicken pox (i have had chicken twice ) and i am concerned incase this might be the start of something like chicken pox the spots are realy itchy and sore when scratched what u think ?the spot look a bit agressive as my mum said

This guy says he is HIV negative but that is still bad right? Like when you are tested and you're completely clean you aren't told you're HIV- am I right? Maybe I'm naive but I've never been/needed to be tested so I'm not sure.

my friends parents make my friend drink blood. like a full glass every 2 weeks.
it was either that or get it injected.

but her parents and family are keeping a secret from her. emma (my friend) dosent know what it is, she has tryed everything in her power to get her family to tell her.


do you think the blood drinking has something to do with the secret..

-have you ever heard anyone with the same 'having to drink blood' problem?

umm last wensday i smoked marijuana i was recovering from a stomach flu and i hadnt eaten all day i was all weak...and i think the stuff i smoked might have been laced with someting eles and well my friend smoked the same thing i did but it didnt hit her as hard...we smoked about half a joint each..but i kept it in real long and took long hit and im only 15...so well i felt real bad the next day...and so i had to tell my parents what i had dont so they took me to the hospital...and the doctor told me to just wait it out it was just the marijuana in my system..and well this todays the 5th day since i got high...but i do feel i guess i can say not as bad as the previous days cause before like yesterday i would get these bad panic attacks and now not as much and yesterday i decided to just try and feel better and today i tried my hardest to act normal and in the morning i was feeling more u know lively and i got up in th morning and everythig but i still feel like well not as bad but....

About 9 years ago I had stopped smoking for a few months. It was right after this event I I was diagnosed with diabetes. I had a very hard time managing my diabetes for some time.

With the stress of caused by the diabetes, and the passing of a loved one I went back to smoking. The management of my glucose became very easy.

This last week I stopped smoking again, and now my glucose is all over the place. And what's worse is my symptoms have more than doubled. (mostly frequent urination)

Is it just stress or is there more to this? Has any research been done that may make a connection?

I have an appointment with my doc. in a few days.....

I went to the doctor for my headaches, and instead found something with my heart. They said that they could hear a murmur inside it. And they did an AKG on me, and said that it wasn't too good. So theyre sending me to a cardiologist, and now im kind of scared as to what the murmur could be inside my heart...

Has anyone else had cellulitis after a lumpectomy/radiation? So far I've had 12 IV antibiotics and am on oral antibiotics as well. It's getting better, but I'm curious if anyone else has had this and how long it took for the infection to clear up? I've also had to the get the breast drained twice as a lot of fluid was accumulating where the cancer was.

My grandmother is in the isolation unit since she has a MRSA infection in her lungs. They've tried multiple antibiotics, all of which have done nothing. Now the hospital is going to discharge her since they say there is nothing they c`an do and that she'll have to recover on her own. Now from what I know from MRSA, that seems highly unlikely - especially in an elderly women with congrestive heart failure. Am I wrong? What more can be done? Thanks!

I never get burns. I tan easily. I never go out in the early day. But today I went with my class all day swimming. I got my very first sunburn on my face. Its one of those that usually get dark and tan after, but I dont want it too bad red on Friday. Huge even on that day. How can I get rid of it? It burns awfully and is soo red!
