I have a tingling feeling in my upper left arm and have never got it before. It sort of vibrates. Im worried tat something is happening to me. btw im only 16 years old. And it keeps viberating. Am i at risk of anything ? rlly worried does any1 kno wut this is?

havent work out f sor a weeko i dont think its from lifting weights.

How long has it been there for? What have you been doing? Overuse of the arm, stress of the arm, posible Tendinitis, pinched nerve, etc. I think if it continues for more than a few days then a call to the doctor is in order just to make sure everything is ok. Try icing it or heat and see if that helps at all. Also a little Tylenol and resting that arm.
