The pain is consistent with the general location, there is also family history of the disorder. My plan is clear: nothing but distilled water for the next 2 days, then apple cider, lemon juice, and grapefruit juice the next 2 days, then a 100% diet thereafter, consisting of all fruits, deep green vegetables, extra-virgin olive oil, un-roasted nuts, and raw egg yolk.
My diet has been shitty and I've been relatively sedentary the past couple of months. I plan to run 3.2 miles every other day a week from now. I'll keep my 100% raw diet as long as I can keep my sanity, I want my immune functions back.
What other essential considerations should I make?
