My boyfriend thinks its the "rotator cuff". He's been to the Nurse at work, she gave him exercises to do and said don't sleep on it. It hurts a lot more now, down his whole arm. He has trouble lifting it.
He finally called his Dr. but the Dr. is moving to Nebraska.
I suggessted a Chiropracter on Accupuncture.
Which would be better?

Hello friends, Many of us having been shouting hoarse on the
usefulness of alt/med remedies. Meantime allopathic quacks
have been doing their best to demean us. Atlast i have
stumbled upon a network link which is the proof of what we all
have been posting about on this forum. I want everyone to view
the cartoon and post their review. It is highly acclaimed video
causing a flood of hate mail. Watch the TOWN OF ALLOPATH
on line video now. Allopathic quacks are also welcome to
pass their review on the illustrated story board.

Do you know about any herbs that help to keep breast tissues healthy, or help prevent breast cancer?

I am only interested in first hand experiences, not information you got from a book or website.

Thanks

I want a good recipe for a skin cream I can make myself. I am sick of all the chemical crap I find in the stores. Even some of the more 'natural' products have a bunch of preservatives in them.
I only want FIRST HAND EXPERIENCES, not something you found on a website. Thanks

Last night when I smoked I became incredibly paranoid to the point of which I felt a "geforce" vibe in my body and I felt like I was going to die... I know what you're thinking right now.. I was paranoid as I smoked cannabis.. But this wasn't normal. This was too intense, like I seriously couldn't function.. I smoked a little less than a gram of dank kine bud (kb) in a dutch. I smoke maybe once a week if that.. I'm thinking I somehow overdosed on weed and my body couldn't handle what I smoked... I ended up going to sleep as I couldn't stop shaking and I couldn't control my geforce-like effects in my body... Has anyone ever felt this horrible feeling? I dislike it.. I usually just get extremely relaxed on weed, not paranoid (very little)... but last night I completely couldn't function and I just had to go to sleep as my only option..

Searching for a non-operative solution for cataracts.
I am 56 F. 8 years ago I was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes and now my doctor urges me to operate but all in me cries "DO NOT"!
I believe my kind of cataracts is a soft one and might be dealed with in a non intrusive way. The vision is only slightly clouded with more of it in one eye´s inner corner. The dimension of this vision limiting part changes!
Overall I eat quite healthy (no junk food, no white flour or sugar etc.) but do not exercise and as a student and writer I sit at PC too much.
Acupuncture being too panfull for me I am on ayurvedic Triphala course today.

I have been diagnosed with essential (familial) tremor and rather than opting for medications I was interested to see if anyone had any natural remedies and to what degree of success do/did these have. Also your opinion on the medications used in the treatment of the tremor, side effects, etc. Thanks
