lots of fibre food ie brown bread rice etc and bean and plenty of veg if nothing works your local chemist sells most natural laxatives x

I KNOW of many natural laxatives. All fruit and fruit sugars are laxative, also fibre acts as a bulk laxative. If you eat a well balanced diet, including your 5 a day, plenty of fibre and a good fluid intake you should have no problems.

This always works, 8oz of Prune juice with 30mL Milk of magnesia, warm it in the microwave drink it as all at once. You will get results
