I wouldn't build your hopes up for a natural 'cure' - conventional medicine and alternative/complementary medicines may be researching cures/vaccines etc, but to the best of my knowledge, none yet claim a cure - be very wary of any such claims! However, there are natural remedies that can help. Essential oils such as rosemary are good for the liver. My advice would be that you do thorough research before embarking on any course of treatment - see which best suits your lifestyle, finances, emotional well-being etc.
Treatments such as aromatherapy can be good to treat associated aches and pains for people that are symptomatic with Hepatitis C.

If there is, then hopefully you will find it in a search for "hepatitis c" + "natural remedies". In Yahoo you will get at least 2,661 results.
