I have been working various shifts from 11am to 11pm some time 11pm11am and have had trouble adjusting to sleep conditions. I am an heavy machine operations manager so I need some thing that is an natural and wont show up in any drug test we test weekly due to the intense equipment. Any suggestions? teas or pills?

to come in an talk and she smokes..I told her the smoke bothers me once but not assertively enough I guess and the last three times I got extreme sinus problems after being in her house..snorting, congestion, headache.

What alternative herb or practice/supplement/action might help this sinus stuff

and how can I get out of going into her house..I do not want to be that chummy with her but I am afraid of her as she got three neighbors kicked out and works for the office and I would rather be a friend than an enemy..I tried telling her I am a loner and don't like getting involved with the neighbors but she is already hanging around the hall or knocking on my door..yesterday she tried to get my phone number saying she needed it for some basket she is trying to get me but I refused to give it to her as I knew then she would call and I would not pretend not to hear her or escape when I didn't hear her if I was in the bedroom.

Help..how can I get my needs across without offending her or

okay. when I was taken to the hospital to get stiches; I was shakeing like a leaf (maybe it was a little worse then a leaf).
and they made me put this dissolvable tablet under my tongue to stop the shakes.

ive read that it helps with anxiety / depression in high doses but if its a non-essential vitamin. why cant the body just make enough for its needs? isnt supplementation unneccessary?

My blood work showed that i've a low blood count. My doc prescribed me Ferrous sulphate 325 mg. I found some iron supplements otc. Its spring vallry brand. On the label it says -Iron 65 mg (equivalent to Ferrous sulphate 325 mg) Is it ok to buy these otc pills ???

For those of you that believe in the health benefits from listening to new age music, what is the best type that I can get. The second question is, is it just a matter of believing it promotes health or is it proven to give health benefits?

I'm sick and I'm willing to try it in addition to the regular remedies.

One summer I just grew. By 6th grade, I was 5'5"... the problem is that I STOPPED growing. I haven't grown an inch since 6th grade and I was 11? I am now 18 and I really want to be at least 5'8". I want to tower over people. I am already a BIT tall, not much. I tower over some people, but I want to be model height.

My husband suffers badly from this and is especially bad now, I think because of the weather.

The problem is he is a gardener and needs his strength, but this pain is causing such mental grief that he can`t work without wanting to cry!
