Without all the marketing & pills.....
A good place to start you research is in aromatherapy. It not just about the smells. Essential oils are distilled/purified 100-1,000 times more pure versions of plants and have been used for certuries to heal and cause actual biological responses. If you learn a more basic knowledge of botany you can better understand the supplements.
You actually need a medical license in Europe to prescribe essential oils, so do be careful!
