Pure cranberry juice from a health food store or the organic aisle at Publix. The kind with NO sugar. It works like a charm.
Antibiotics just create the need for more antibiotics later on. And they contribute to yeast infections and weight gain.
The best to you.

Just an AMEN to Laura above. I used to take amoxicillan twice a year for UTIs, now a couple of days of cranberry capsules and I'm good. I recommend NOT taking the juice. As Laura says, the sugar is not what you need.

depends, if you have had symptoms for more than two days, you are gonna need antibiotics the bacteria has had to long to take hold, and no home remedy is going to work. If the symptoms just started, sometimes you can wipe out the problem by taking Alka Seltzer every four hours for three doses. Good luck.

Try a lemon. Slice it like an apple and take the juice out of it. It worked like a charm for me!
