In one of Kalos's many posts, at http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Aoz6xe.mKvR0b24fgcMipe7sy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20071204092537AAM2FTx&show=7#profile-info-7M8Z3dELaa
He said the following
"Gerson was an mid-century crackpot whose diet ideas have been repeated and modified in modern Altmed diets. Essentially, he believed diseases — especially cancer — were caused by stagnant toxins and inadequate oxygen"
(along with the standard diabtribe about how this is all wrong).
I gave a good reply to it (link to youtube video is at the question), but when I read that specific part over again, I believe that I found a false hood. Tell me if I'm correct.
Cancer occurs when a cell switches from using oxygen to fermentation (and many chemicals have been shown to help cause this aka carcinogens). Given that fact, does that mean his assertion is completely innacurate? (or am I not connecting the two ideas properly).
This isn't meant to be an anti Kalos post, I just want to know if I'm correct.
