I am guilty of not drinking water and being dehydrated through COFFEE and COLA for years!!...I started a ''get-fit'' regime a week ago. This partly involves drinking lots of water to flush out toxins to help get rid of cellulite etc etc....I have been drinking 2 mugs of HOT boiled water when I wake...Ice cold water through the day and WARM boiled water before eating to help fill the stomach...For the first few days i felt GREAT, energised, body aches and pains gone...no brain fogs....BUT then I felt really BLAH.....I had no energy, couldnt get motivated, ached all over, felt like i had Flu coming. Kept going hot and shivery......My question IS....was it the water or was I by chance fighting off a virus or illness????....Any Idea's ???.....I want to keep going but HATE feeling so blah....
