I know some help but when they load me up with them I don't fill them all I think it's overkill

By the way I'm a heart patient for 2yrs & have had good results on my test even with only 20% ejection factor

I'm sure you can have too much medicine, but I think you are taking a chance to decide yourself what is okay to take and what isn't. There are clinical pharmacists (I've worked with them) that can look at the interactions of medications or see that some meds are somewhat duplicating, so that you may be taking too much of something and help you in getting the medications to a reasonable level. If you see more than one doctor, this can be a very big problem and it is worth having someone look at what you take. This becomes a real problem for elderly patients and someone should be checking this out.

No I'm not afraid of all the medicines out there. Some you can't live without, especially if you have an autoimmune disorder.

Some of the meds for people with heart issues can be helpful in that it can prevent or slow down other problems related to the issue.

If you're feeling side effects from your medications, discuss them with your doctor and perhaps he may be able to do something about it.

Too much of it??? well, TOO MUCH of everything is good for nothing.
