My wife has chronic anxiety. She often wakes up in the night with it. All the doctors she has seen just want to treat the symptom. They prescribe Xanax or some tranqualizer. Is there someone who has some insight as to the possible root cause? Could it be a vitamin or mineral defeciency or an alergy? My wife hates being a slave to pills, she wants to discover the root cause of her anxiety and fix it. Any insight would be appreciated.

Had a knee injury not to long ago. It recovered, to an extent, but still bugs me from time to time. How can I get my knee back to normal (or at least as best I can) without medications of any kind. I don't want to be reminded of this when I'm much older and don't ever want surgery. Has anybody had any luck with this and what should I do?

does anyone know what the differences between lithium orotate or lithium aspartate in the way they function are? especially towards the treatment of mood swings.... regarding usage for thyroid i heared that the orotate can be used for hyper thyroid (graves desease especially) and that aspartate can be used for hypo thyroid. but what about towards the treatment for bipolar? i think there is a lack of information on the alternative forms of lithium, at least here in english.

Awhile back I was washing my dishes and noticed how strong the stains are in a teacup and hard to remove. I thought about it and started wondering if tea can stain a cup this badly, what is it doing to my insides when I drink it? I found myself not drinking much tea from that day forward. However; I am also aware of many different tea’s that are good for you and do miss having them in my diet. Any thoughts on this?

I keep seeing this commercial for All Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About by Kevin Trudeau. I don't really want to rush out this minute and buy the book, but is there an all-natural cure for mental retardation? And if you're not technically retarded and you take it will it make you smarter?
