Only prescription meds.
The only thing you can do for that without a prescription is to lose weight.
There is no evidence that herbal remedies ever reduced blood pressure. Hasn't been proven in any double blind study by a recognized university. Not one, that is not accompanied with weight loss.
It's hard enough for the prescription meds to work. They only reduce it about 10 points... with two meds you can drop it down 20 points. From there you go into beta blockers that reduce your heart rate.
If you're not fit, exercise will help, but not a lot. They only way is weight loss.
Don't buy into the simple stuff of quit smoking, exercise, eat a healthy diet.
Imagine a water balloon about to burst. It isn't reducing it to keep it from bursting but reducing it so it will get a thicker skin. The length of time at a high pressure is what kills you... not that one bump up in pressure that causes it to explode. It explodes because hit has been under 'tension' for so long. Tension = Pressure and not "anxiety" like some believe the medical term refers to.
You would spend all day in a skinny factory finding someone with high blood pressure regardless their age.

I know that Limu has reduced people's blood pressure. Limu is a superfood that has help thousands of people with their health issues.
"A month after taking limu, I talked my mom into trying a bottle. She has high blood pressure, allergies and IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). She's had all the tests for intestinal problems and all came back fine. They said there was nothing wrong. She'd just have to watch what she ate. For the first 6 months, she didn't notice a tremendous difference in her BP or her IBS. Now, after almost eight months, she notices that her BP is staying relatively low (140/72) and her IBS has lessened considerably. I forgot to mention that Mom's BP had reached 205/103 at times. It normally runs 168/84. Praise God, the limu is helping!!! " Great testimony from Barbara Saker
"Original Limu (TM) is not a drug and it has not been evaluated by the FDA. It is simply a food supplement and is therefore not intended to diagnose, cure or treat any illness or disease. However, your body may display amazing healing powers of its own when you feed it the right nutritional building blocks. The scientific knowledge about limu moui has not been developed to the extent necessary to independently verify anyone's results with the product. No-one's experience can be viewed as typical because each person's body will have a unique response to the nutrients in Original Limu (TM)."

if you don't wish to take medications from a doctor, there really aren't any natural medications that will consistently keep a high blood pressure under control. However, there are some things you can try to control it naturally.....don't eat more than 2000mgs of sodium in any given day, drink 2 liters of water every day, walk for thirty minutes every day and eat potassium rich food, like raisins 1/2 cup every single day. If you are overweight, lose the weight. But if your blood pressure is consistently 130/90 or more, you will likely need medication and should get it.

Try marijuana. This herb is legal in some states as a prescribed drug. It really works in a big hurry. It reduces stress levels and calms you down. I have used it for at least 20 years and am the only one in my family without prescription drugs for bp. I would not take prescription drugs as my mom and dad have died from too many prescription drugs which led to kidney failure. This is the leading cause of death in the elderly these days. The drug companies don't want you to know this, but its true. Before 1935, over 50% of all the drugs in the world were derived from marijuana. Its safe and non-habit-forming, has no long term effects that would hurt you and is 100% natural. How can you hate it?

I am wandering how is your cholesterol. If you have your cholesterol borderline, you should have a good cleansing first. (go to LIVER CLEANSE) and take a look at how can you cleanse your body internally you will learn a lot. After that, take Omega 3-6-9, Kyolic garlic, and Coenzime Q10.

African Americans have the highest rates of blood pressure in the world. The worst things for it are fried foods like fried chicken and lots of salt like in fries and burgers. See site below for a lot more on what helps and hurts.
