I am booked in to have acupuncture treatment as part of a drug rehibilitation scheme next week. I have never had acupuncture before and am not sure what it will be like. If anyone else has had this could they let me know what it will be like. Where will they put the needles and what else will happen. Thanks.

help i have these symptoms and have forced sleep...?
if you go vague on the sofa and your eyes go white some times in the morning ? and bits og your brain feel numbe or low energy so some parts of your head make the rest sleep what have you got ?
some times i get tingles in my arms and my fingers or toes feel a bit numb, Sometimes i loos memories and cant remember words and for the like of me i couldent think of the image or name of someine i wish to recall even someone like allisa keys ! or navana

at school my thought drifted out of my head when i thought of tables or words especially freanch

so what is your deepest analisys ?

My son age five is coughing at night (around 3-4am). He is fine the whole day till that period of time when he is sleeping. I heed doctor's advise not to on the aircon but he still coughs. And the cough is so often that its seems never ending. I dont want him to reply on cough mixture forever. Any advise ?

I am going in for an operation very soon and have been advised to take Arnica as this will help with the bruising. I cannot take the pills as these have lactose in and I am lastose intolerant. I discovered Arnica Tincture but of course this contains alcohol and obviously when having an operation alcohol can affect this. My question is; is the alcohol content in a tincture small enough to not affect my operation or should I avoid taking it all together? Thanks.

People other than my family always think I am a calm gentle person, even though it astonishes me when friends and collegues say this because inside me I feel stressed alot of the time. Does anyone know any natural ways to get rid of a migraine? I have been suffering from them about once a week since I was a child. I have built up a resistance to most painkillers so the doctors keep having to up the dosage that they give me. I have taken enough drugs in my life to fill a house and I'm only 23!!! I have tried different things to prevent them too, but nothing ever helps. The doctors are stumped! Any suggestions?

Best nights sleep that I've had in years. Before having one of these beds I used have to get rid of mattresses every 2 yrs because they wouldn't provide very goos support.Now I can make the bed soft when my muscles are achey and firmer too.A good nights sleep means good health and a positive attitude for me. How about you?
