the list of foods you need to avoid are , deli meats, shell meat, or anything that will raise your uric acid. type in google, foods that promote gout or foods that raise uric acid. print those out so you know what not to eat, then for a natural remedy, cherries. It is something like an allergy - you have to find out by process of elimination what makes it flare up. It used to be known as the rich man's disease - port and rich food being the supposed cause. Try cutting out two of your usual food items for a week or two, if no better, return them and try two more, and so on...........
