usually Vick's vapor rub right under the nose will clear it up for awhile, try going and getting something from Wal-Mart like Aleve cold and sinus....make sure you buy the ones that have Pseudo-ephedrine in them. You get the plastic card and take it to the pharmacist and they ask for you drivers license and make you sign your name....I know cause i had to buy some tonight.
You could also try boiling a pot full of water and draping a towel over your head concealing the hot steam inside and slowly but surely break up the congestion by breathing the hot air through your nose that way...make sure there are lots of tissues around while doing this, lol NOTE: after the water is boiling take the pot off the stove!

Take a hot shower, let the steam come up and then just stand there and try to breathe it in. The steam should help to 'loosen' the mucus and crap that's stuck in your head (literally), and then get out, and BLOW YOUR NOSE, Lol. Teasing on that last part, also, putting Vick's Vaporub on your nostrils or upper lip, that helps a bit too.
