You should read Beating Cancer With Nutrition by Pat Quillen, and How to Prevent and Treat Cancer with Natural Medicine by Mike Murray for an intelligent expert discussion of dealing with this awful disease. Water Cress is not mentioned in either book as having any special merit.

No. It's a healthy green vegetable and part of a good diet, which reduces cancer risk overall, but there's simply no magic herb that cures cancer. If there were, it would be being used everywhere.
Enjoy your water cress, but don't expect miracles and remember if it seems too ridiculously simple and too good to be true, it probably is.

when you think about things like this... ask yourself if it really can why do large drug companies spend billions trying to develop a cure for cancer.

Water crest u mean? No its a veg. In our place we mix it on pork to make a soup.. Its good for artrities
