Ginger juice. Mash some raw ginger in ur mixer and strain the juice. Mix with honey and drink. It will relies gastric pain and tastes marvellous too!

Try some fennel, a fresh vegetable, sliced it is nice raw. Alternatively, try some dill seeds, they also help to break up wind if that is what is causing gastric pain. Best to have it checked if not wind though

If you are talking about being Bloated or Indigestion -Then try drinking Peppermint Tea!(Either Commercially available Peppermint Tea Bags),buy or pick some fresh and make your own infusion!
Fennel is also very good for the digestive tract when drank.

Strong coffee and a walk around the block. For me, most problems like that are because of low metabolism. Exercise really does me good. How ever, stay near a bathroom after the coffee. :)
