Ever heard of them? You are supposed to lose inches from having one done. I am sure it is mostly water weight, but I have a HUGE event that I will be attending, and I am thinking about having one done.

I am currently doing a natural health course, I am qualified as a counsellor and hypntherapist. but part of my course covers healing and I am not up on this form of therapy and would appreciate a little help, I have been to my local library but there are no informative books on the subject. Can anyone tell me the 2 key words of the healer? Why is grounding necessary? Why is centreing necessary? what is hara? and what is Tan-Den? like I said I cannnot find this information and need it to help towards my exams so geniune answers please. thanks

I smoke 7 to 8 times a day an im not gettin as hi as I used 2 when i first started smoking so can go thru some kind of qiuck detox so i can begin gettin hi like I did in the early days... I just got Bach's Rescue Remedy today for the first time and wonder if anyone has given this to their pets too. If so; how did you get them to take it and did it seem to work?
