I have a 1st degree sunburn(my mother gave me lotion instead of sunscreen -_-), maybe second, either way it REALLY hurts. Really. >.< I've been reading up on stuff and people said adding a few drops of Lavendar to a cool bath helps. Same with Baking Soda.

Which is more effective? Luckily I have Baking Soda in the house and I have a vial of Lavender Oil I used to use to rub on my tarot cards.

So, which is more effective?

i'm pretty underweight, and i've been on birth control for 3 months. my doctor said i can go off the pills anytime i want, so i'm not taking them anymore. but i'm wondering, can taking evening primrose oil regulate my period? Do they help you produce more estrogen, or whatever hormones i need for a regular period? thanks! besides evening primrose oil, what else could act as a natural estrogen? thank you very much!
