I think these are very good. Valerian skullcap passion flower and hops...a good combination--

I just got some from www.justvitamins.co.uk. About £12 for 180. They are 500mg Valerian 6:1 Plant extract 83.5mg.
I searched on kelkoo.co.uk to find the best price and strength. The last lot I bought were 250mg and also contained 60mg hops extract which aids sleep. These were from www.healthspan.co.uk. I think they were about £10 foe 120.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and I get all my herbs from either www.shoparoma.co.uk or www.woodlandherbs.co.uk You can also go to Holland and Barrat (UK) They sell 2 types and it also comes in liquid form. You can also get a combination of Valerian and passion flower both are sedatives.

Try Eclectic brand. They are freeze-dried and very potent.
