Prozac is perhaps the safest stress/anti-depressant medication on the market at this time. However, before taking "drugs," research herbal remedies. They have few, if any, side effects, and may be cheaper in the long run.
Also, seek proper medical help, to determine what is best for you. And never take anyone else's medications in an attempt to solve the problem. You never know what side effects may do to you.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and I can tell you that PROZAC is not the best thing to take if you want to know about it's side effects go to my site at yahoo 360. The best thing you can take is ST JOHNS WORT it may take a little time to work until it gets into your system but you won't have any side effects.
