any anwers are appreciated..my cough is more than 3 weeks and i always go to hospital and i have already x-ray but theres no problem with my lungs..im just wondering why its been a long time but havent cured..

You should consume vitamin c 1000mg 2x aday and takehoney mixed with lemon 2 table spoon and drink it with warm water.
y vitamin c? Vitamin C help to reduce the flammation of throat and also helps to remove toxins from body.
Y honey and lemon? Honey and lemon has been used since the roman empire era to cure cough as it sooths the throat relaxing and healing.
These remedies are only based on basic knowledge, it would be adviced if you could consult a professional person as it has been 3 weeks already.

well best in ayurveda is take little bit of mustard oil , add tea leaves, a bit of ginger, little salt, little sugar, some Holy basil leaves, some cloves , some cumin and elachi powder and heat the mixture also put some termuric in that. You should be able to purchase, slippery elm bark from a health food store. I have used it many times, and it is very effective. It stops coughing almost immediately.

a table spoon of real maple syrup, a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper, half a clove of garlic (grounded) and a lemon (juiced-squeezed) in some hot water and make a tea...........and if you don't like garlic and don't want to appear to be warding off the vampires(and humans) you can leave the garlic out I think it works just as well..............
