Medication cannot be a solution to dat problem
meditation is the only solution for that.
no,you dont need to go the himalayas ,for that or do yoga.
Just understanding will do and is enough.
First understand what your problem is.Once you do,the problem will go automatically
Lets start...
we are built up in 3 parts
Body....Mind.... Soul
The body has problems ,it ages too and it will deteriorate over time......to keep it haelthy...food/water/air...little exercise...even some yoga will help.
The mind is more subtle....more dangerous ,..and dificcult to define....
The mind creates an illusory world around you...and leads to various disorders....primarily..anxiety/stress/hypertension///
First understand that the world just moves on
with or without us.It was there before ...will be there tomorrow...
nobody asked us permssion before we were born and no one will when we we go.
The world moved the way it has to......we have no say in the matter.
what we can do is to liven it up...by doing our bit...making it a happier place to stay....for those around.....and most importantly for ourselves.Only we can make ourselves happy...and also unhappy,if we choose.
so when we say we want to make others happy, its really in their hands or mind to be happy ...not ours.
Social anxiety stems principally from WANTING TO MAKE OTHERS HAPPY, FROM wanting to fit into a mould into someone else perception of how we should be......This we can never be.Even the other guy does not know how he/she should herself/himself be...How on earth they can decide how we should be.
We can only be ourself. And in that we can be happy/ free of stress.Conversely we should only be that which can make us happy.
Have you ever seen a rose trying to grow into a lilly.....
Imagine what would happen if it tried......disaster and suffering for the rose...anxiety and stress too...in the end it will never be a lilly but will be an apology even for a rose.
Wandy, you are fine the way you are, whatever you are and do.Just do that one day and see how happy you are.The anxiety will go.When you are happy just see the wotld around you.....
We see the world the way we are.......
and believe me u are fine, good and gods own image
keep smiling
u have an issue e mail me

this will work

You have to have therapy first. My son does exercises going into a store and buying milk. stuff like that short and sweet. He is not on medication and is worse then when he took Paxil which gave him a new world. He is a teenager and trying to do it without medicine he drinks green tea and does breathing exercises when overwhelmed and counts also. Good luck

this is not an unusual question on this site. look for other similar ones because in a recent one a homeopathic remedy, i believe which translates from latin into english as "gold metal", was discussed as being very good. it was something like aurum(gold) met? anyway, also, exercise regularly, and do regular "energy work" like meditation, yoga, tai chi, chi kung, reiki, etc. to keep your internal energy strong and balanced when these are favorable you will feel strong and less fearful. also, check out www.sahajayoga.com, the energy there will be helpful . and see the book *the complete idiot's guide to toltec wisdom* to help you understand how the mind works, and how to avoid its less beneficial aspects. finally, google infp---this might answer a few questions for you. it did for me. good luck!
