Ever heard of them? You are supposed to lose inches from having one done. I am sure it is mostly water weight, but I have a HUGE event that I will be attending, and I am thinking about having one done.

Ive heard of them and you right- there are so many different kinds - I think the water weight stays off for 1-2 weeks though so defin worth it for an event!

Temporary weight and water loss, that's it. I've had them before and used to get them on a regular basis until I realized I was throwing my money down the drain.
