The lumps that you are feeling in those areas are lymph nodes. If you are able to feel them then they are enlarged. The most common cause is an infection. For example, if you have strep throat, you will notice that the lymph nodes in the front of your neck are enlarged. It is a good idea to have these checked. With enlarged lymph nodes you do want to rule out infections, and in a worst case scenario-a more serious condition.

yep sounds like the lymph nodes. Your body is fighting something off, cold, flu, toxins. Figure out what might be causing it and eradicate it, and also try massaging the nodes gently every day. If no difference in a week see a doc. : )

Those are you lymph nodes and a sign of infection. You need to get on antibiotics pronto. I'm dealing with the same thing right now. It could be a ton of things.

Not trying to scare you, but please go to a doctor. My friend had this, and it turned out she had Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
