when 2 women of menstruating years live together or work together that we roughly get our periods at roughly the same time? i've always wondered why?

I want to train for my athletics carnival. Is it ok to do 2 hr exercise such as 1 hour cardio and 1 hour on just endurance running and sprints? Id still be working my muscles also so biceps one day chest the next but is this to much or unsafe can someone please help me learn what to do

Ok so I just had some teeth pulled yesterday and while my mouth was numb I unknowingly bit the inside of my lip and then it was bleeding and stuff. Now the bleeding stopped, but the top-left lip (or whatever you call it) it all swollen. What should I do to fix this? Can it be fixed?

I fractured my knee a month ago and I have been going to a orthepedic peacialist and getting x-rayed. He realized me knee cap ius knocked out of place and I have to visit an Orthepdic Children Surgeon. Is it scary. I need to know.
