I want to train for my athletics carnival. Is it ok to do 2 hr exercise such as 1 hour cardio and 1 hour on just endurance running and sprints? Id still be working my muscles also so biceps one day chest the next but is this to much or unsafe can someone please help me learn what to do

i m mother of one approaching 40, if i can do two hours, why can't u? ok, now the point is i have always been very regular in workout, if you are not, then take things slower and always do warm ups. It will help if you take proteins will help you build muscle mass. to avoid injuries, don't overdo same set of muscles within very short span of time, alternate is the key, to learn more...here take a look...

3 contraptions and carry weight which you will basically do like 4 or 5 reps and do a diverse physique area each and on a daily basis i do a a chop up i do a bodypart and take 3 days of earlier i try this exact same physique area back you shoud do 3 contraptions of each muscle 4 days a week 3 days relax is physically powerful

Cardio and "endurance running and sprints" are the same thing.
There are lots of exercise books on the market.

no not ok try a hour first a max 1 an a half ours

I do1 hour 1/2 exercise aday.Some times 3

you need to speak to a professional about this cos if you dont do it the right way you could do yourself serious damage. You'll probably have to change your diet and stuff :)

Of course its OK, unless you're starting from scratch in which case you need to work up to it.
