ive been told i have sciatica there is no pain just pins and needles and a numb feeling from my right foot up to my bum! but also in my left foot too i always thought sciatica only affected one side?

i gotten chlamydia in november"05" and got cured in july"06" but around the end of may i had a swollen lymph on my upper right thigh.....is dat an late chlamydia symptom? or HIV? i heard dat happens to people who untreated chlamydia but i also heard dats an HIV symptom...i had the swollen lymph for 3 or 4 weeks but after the second week i was drinkin alot of water and cranberry juice and it went away but i also heard dat the HIV symptom last from a week to a month.....i got a blood and urine test for life insurance in july and was un-insurable...i dont kno if its bcuz they found weed in my urine or HIV.....i took it again 2 weeks later after i took a "flush" a couple hours b4 and i got the chlamydia cure an hour b4 and havent heard no bad news from them but they say dat they will contact u if u have HIV/AIDS............should i be this paranoid??? wut do u think?????

Ok so I burned myself on my knuckle on my wood stove and it's not THAT bad but pretty gross. Anyway there's this red line going from it down the back of my hand... I heard that it's blood poisoning and if the red line reaches your heart you die? Am I totally full of it? Or should I seek medical attention...

One year ago I was told I have beginning stages of emphysema. I have been feeling good and haven't seemed to advanced at all. How long can that last, I have checked many sites but don't find that kind of answer. Can this disease really just go into remission? Any info. on this would be appreciated. I don't even take any medicine like I did at the beginning. Just one puff of advair each night. If you have this disease maybe you can give me some tips.

and I have been waiting for a diagnosis. I think it is carpal tunnel syndrome. The pain is crippling me and I wondered if anyone had any ideas on how I can curb the pain I am in? It is worse at night time. It feels as if someone is stabbing my hands with a knife.

I've broken top center two front teeth and dentist said a crown may be the way to go. But i read some internet about crown and it also describe about root canal, post and core build up.


Are those safe treatment? Will the teeth have root canal again later or the teeth will need to be extract at some point or any down side later stage?


Putting a post or something inside a teeth sound scary? Will the post at some point get loose?


I'm curious to know how safe and how strong the teeth(but not much teeth structure left) is for post, core build and crown for top front center two teeth?


In this case, will the crown last long and strong enough to bite? The dentist told me that the american dental assosication said it last about 6-8 years and likely longer... Only that short?

Please help.

I am 46 and Bipolar. I recently had a friend and her two children living with me because she couldn't afford to pay all of her bills. I thought that I was doing her a favor.

Well she hooked up with the guy across the street and moved in with him.

On Friday night she left and told him that she would be back in ten minutes well she didn't come home until Sunday morning which meant that she left her kids alone with her boyfriend for the whole weekend.

We were supposed to go somewhere Saturday morning so I went across the street because I couldn't get her on the phone. That is when her boyfriend told me that she didn't come home. So I dressed the kids and did there hair and stuff.

Well it got to be late Saturday night and she still wasn't home. Her boyfriend then called her sister and told her that she wasn't home. I had pictured her laying dead somewhere. Well Sunday morning she finally showed up. Her brother tackled her in front of my house and tried to take the ke

she has with her eyes, burning itching, and after a while her eyes close up. She just puts a cool wet wash cloth on her eyes until they get better, then she finally is able to open her eyes.
Our families enjoy going out together, but when she has a glass of wine, this almost always happens.
What can I suggest to her to use, or take, etc. before she drinks a glass of wine, to help prevent this ?
Or should she give up drinking any kind of alcohol that contains sulfites altogether ?

My friends dont listen and recently today I had an appt with my psychiatrist and she was so understanding and picked up on a lot that I wasnt even saying. I know its her job but I have had some really bad psychiatrists. It just felt so relieving to have someone understand.

Every time I smoke a cigarette, I feel really drowsy. I'm not asthmatic, and I don't have any other problems breathing. But it feels like my lungs are tight, and I get a headache. It also makes me feel like I weigh like 5,000 pounds, and I can't walk straight. (These are regular cigarettes!!!!!!!!!!) What's the deal? I don't think that is normal, is it?

Also, do hypochondriacs usually have a personality disorder? As in the don't listen to you, they have a conversation AT you (not WITH you), they insist on being the center of attention, wear smelly oils that stink up the office.
