Yes, go to a physcian. Ask them to perform a skinfold test. They will pinch a roll of your skin on your side, upper back and belly button. with calipers and get readings from that. They will then weigh you and get calculations from that.

no one can answer that question, at least not as it is stated. No one has a crystal ball. Now a doctor can tell you what you ought to weigh as based on statistical records for your height, but you can look that up online. BMI, or body mass index is the best indicator of your health status.
