i am 14 years old (almost 15)
and weigh 198
i Would really like to be down to 140
by next homcomming!
september!
i walk 2 miles a day
and drink alot of water!
i eat health meals and i dont eat a lot of them...
is thewre anyother i deals of how i can lose weight fast

Get your mom, dad, or any family member to take you to a nutritionist. Be sure to eat lots of fruits as well as veg. I wouldn't say to so much focus on what you eat, as you are still young. As long as you eat lots of fruit and veg, and you're already drinking lots of water.

If you like dancing, swimming, playing sports, that's great also. The walking is very good!

things dont happen overnight, but you seem well on your way. as long as your dedicated you will lose weight. try some other cardio excersizes too, try to mix your routine up a bit and youll get better results. plus it wont be as boring all the time. keep up the good work.
